1. Nature of Services

 

Lomir Jet provides private aviation charter and related aviation services.

All services are non tangible, service based, and no physical goods are sold, shipped, or delivered.

 

2. Client Initiated Requests

 

All services are provided upon the client’s explicit request.

The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of flight details, passenger information, and service requirements submitted.

 

3. Pricing & High Value Transactions

 

Private jet charter services are high value by nature, depending on aircraft type, route, availability, and operational costs.

The client acknowledges that prices may reach substantial amounts and accepts this as inherent to private aviation services.

 

4. Payment Authorization

•All payments are initiated by the client.

•The client confirms that they are the cardholder or are fully authorized to use the payment method.

•All payments are considered fully authorized once successfully completed.

 

5. Multiple Cards & International Payments

 

The client acknowledges that:

•Payment may be completed using multiple cards.

•Cards may be issued from different countries or entities.

This practice is accepted and considered legitimate within the private aviation industry, especially due to card limits and issuer controls.

 

6. OTP / 3D Secure Authentication

 

Where applicable, payments are completed only after successful OTP / 3D Secure authentication.

Any transaction completed after authentication is deemed binding and irrevocable.

 

7. No Refunds / No Cancellations

 

All payments are final, non refundable, and non cancellable once completed.

 

The client expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

•No refunds, reversals, or cancellations are permitted after payment.

•This policy is clearly communicated and accepted before payment.

 

8. Immediate Operational Commitment

 

Upon successful payment:

•The aircraft is scheduled.

•Crew and operational resources are assigned.

•Departure slots and operational timelines are secured with third party aircraft operators.

 

Due to these immediate and irreversible operational commitments, any modification, cancellation, or refund is not possible.

 

9. Failure to Execute Due to Client Causes

 

If a flight cannot be executed due to client related reasons (including but not limited to documentation issues, late arrival, or regulatory non compliance), the client is not entitled to any refund or compensation.

 

10. Privacy & Documentation Policy

 

To protect client privacy and confidentiality:

•No sensitive identification documents (passports, national IDs) are collected through the website or via electronic communication.

•All required identification documents are requested only at the airport, prior to departure.

•The client must present original physical documents.

•Copies or digital versions are not accepted.

 

Failure to present valid original documents may result in non execution of the flight without refund.

 

11. Client Responsibility

 

The client bears full responsibility for:

•Providing accurate information.

•Ensuring compliance with immigration, aviation, and regulatory requirements.

•Possessing valid travel documents at the time of departure.

 

12. Third Party Aircraft Operators

 

Flights are operated by independent third party aircraft operators, unless otherwise stated.

Alsaif Jet acts as a service facilitator and is not responsible for aircraft ownership or operator-level regulatory approvals.

 

13. Chargebacks & Disputes

 

The client agrees that:

•Chargebacks or disputes are not permitted for authorized transactions.

•OTP / 3D Secure authenticated payments cannot be disputed.

•Any chargeback will be challenged using:

•Payment logs

•Authentication records

•IP and timestamp data

•Acceptance of these Terms

•Flight and operational documentation

 

Unjustified chargebacks may result in legal action.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

 

Alsaif Jet shall not be liable for:

•Indirect or consequential losses.

•Delays or disruptions caused by weather, regulatory authorities, or operational constraints beyond reasonable control.

 

15. Amendments

 

Alsaif Jet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be effective upon publication on the website.

 

16. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations relevant to aviation services and contractual obligations.

 

17. Acceptance of Terms

 

By using the website or completing a payment, the client confirms that they:

•Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

•Accept them in full.

•Agree to be legally bound by them.
